Check-In / Check-Out for Guests at Estia Luxury Suites: Check-in is at 2 p.m., and check-out time is at 11 a.m. Our hotel always strives to accommodate the needs of our guests, so please inform us of your estimated time of arrival when making your reservation. Requests for late check-out can be made at the reception and are subject to availability based on the hotel’s occupancy. Additional charges may apply.
Change/Cancellation Policy (Flexible Rates Only): Deposits for reservations canceled up to 21 days before arrival will be refunded in full (minus any postal, bank, or online payment gateway processing fees, if applicable). If a reservation is canceled within the 21-day period prior to your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount (= the full deposit amount). In the case of a no-show or early departure, at least the deposit amount will be charged, and the booking will be canceled. If you change/reduce the number of nights of a reservation within the 21-day period prior to your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the booking amount for the days the reservation was reduced.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable Rates): Changes or cancellations are not allowed for these bookings. The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking using the selected payment method. The reservation is strictly non-modifiable, and in case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Deposit/Guarantee: All flexible online, phone, or email reservations must be guaranteed at least 72 hours before your arrival with a bank deposit equivalent to 30% of the total booking amount, or by charging the amount via credit card. All final reservations with a non-refundable rate must be guaranteed before your arrival with 100% payment using the method of your choice. The hotel will not honor any reservation that does not meet these conditions.
Please settle your payment within four (4) business days from the booking date, and in the case of a bank deposit/transfer, send us a copy via email. If we do not receive proof of payment, electronic or otherwise, within four (4) business days from the booking date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
At check-in/check-out, our guests can use a different form of accepted payment for their stay.
Pool Usage Regulations
All children under the age of 16 must use the pool only under the supervision of a parent or chaperone.
The hotel bears no responsibility for incidents or accidents resulting from the lack of supervision of children by a parent or chaperone.
The pool is open for use from 9:00 a.m. until sunset.
Guests are advised to use the pool at least 2 hours after their last meal.
